The more information you add, the better the platform and Artificial Intelligence will be able to understand your business and give you useful recommendations, detailed by module and tailored to your reality. It's worth taking a few minutes to get it right!
3. How long does it take to complete?
On average between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on the size and available information of your company.
4. Can I save my progress and continue later?
Yes. The system automatically saves your answers so you can continue whenever you want.
5. Who should answer the diagnostic in my company?
Ideally, someone who knows the company's processes and can make decisions.

Yes, you can do it if you manage several companies, but you must create the profile of each one on ConnectAmericas with your same user and then perform the diagnostic from the corresponding profile.

They show your company's progress level on different gender equity topics.
2. How is the maturity level or gap calculated?
The maturity level is calculated from your answers, using a model that analyzes how advanced your company's practices are in each topic. This allows you to easily identify where you are strong and where there are opportunities for improvement.
3. What is the difference between strengths, areas for improvement, and action plan?
Strengths are your current progress, areas for improvement show opportunities, and the action plan gives you concrete steps to move forward. The action plan provides short, medium, and long-term responses.
4. Can I download the results or share them with my team?
Yes. You can download your report and share it with your team to analyze the results and decide how to move forward.
5. What do I do if I want to improve my score?
First, implement the recommended actions in your short, medium, or long-term action plan. When your company has made progress in those areas, you can perform a new assessment (reassessment) to reflect the improvements and obtain a new updated score.

Artificial intelligence analyzes your answers and identifies the areas where your company has the most opportunities for improvement. With this information, it creates a set of realistic actions tailored to your size, sector, and progress level, so you can start implementing changes in a clear and practical way.

These timeframes help you organize the priority of actions: some can be done immediately (short-term), others need a bit more preparation (medium-term), and others require more time or prior steps (long-term).
3. Can I download my action plan?
Yes, you can download it in PDF format and apply filters by module and timeframe (short, medium, or long) to generate specific reports according to your needs.
4. Does the action plan update automatically if I do a new assessment?
Yes. When you complete a new assessment, the system will generate an updated plan based on your new results.

The tool uses artificial intelligence to analyze your answers and recommend the resources that best fit your needs. These materials have been previously reviewed and selected by the technical team to support you in the areas where your company has the most opportunities for improvement.
